I tried to add ₹500 into my Paytm wallet twice and faced failed transaction both the time on 25/11/2015. The amount of ₹500 was deducted from the account.
According to Paytm, the amount was not received by them and they also said that it will automatically get refunded within "3-10 working days". However, the money was not refunded yet.Please help
