Vide a memo no- Mis01051017, I had generated a request for membership activation some three years back in the website www.boistarrewardz.com. I am an account holder in Bank Of India, Bhilai Nagar Branch since last 31 years and by virtue of shopping made by me through my debit card ( Master CArd[protected] in last 5 years, A sum of around 12000 rewardz points have accumulated in my account.
Vide a memo no- Mis01051017, I had generated a request for membership activation some three years back. Every time system was throwing a message that my request was under process. On[protected], I had lodged same request afresh. I had very long conversation with help desk executive and I was assured that by 10-2-16, my account would get activated. So far, I am not able to credit my rewardz points. The situation compels me to raise the issue to higher offices including consumer forum.
It is to my dismay that even after hinting that I would escalate the issue in consumer forum, I have been treated in a very unresponsive way. In Bank of India's local branch where I have my account, the officials are clueless as to what they or I should do to get my membership activated.
Ironically after space of a month, I am getting a SMS alert from the company that few of my points would get lost I I can not avail these points in shopping. Knowing that my request is kept pending at company's end, I am regularly receiving the alert. Was this information helpful? |
