Bank Of Maharashtra — amazon refund

I pay online payment to amzon product by using my debit card on the date of 09/10/2019 and after payment completion. But amazon cancalled my product some reason. I got message from amzon is your refund will be transfered to your accont on the date of 09/10/2019 but did get any refund. I contact to amzon service centure they will give me refernce no :[934908]

Please return my refund as soon as possible.
