Bank Of Maharashtra — didn't get refund

I purchased boat rockerz 255 headphone on 13/10/2019 from amazon and returned it and they also initiated refund on 16/10/2019 but the money is not credited in my account till 29/10/2019. I visited bank several times but they didnt solve my question. I also show them reference refund no - 13w7mjl60000k19z4iuz and the amount inr rs. 999. Plz kindly initiate money in my account.
