Bank Of Maharashtra — refund not funded

More than ten days over refund not funded back. I have done transaction on amazon with debit card they accepted payment and money deducted from my account. But after sometime i got message of not succesful. And amazon send me message that your refund is intiated. But after contacting bank they are not giving any proper detail wheter the transaction is there or not.

In this time bank employee told charge 177rs for no changing
