My Nam is Sachin Singhal I am the resident of the Agarwal Heights, Raj Nagar Extension Ghaziabad (pin 201017) Flat No A-1802. i am living in the flat which is having size of 1425 Sq feet.
we are facing issue on the maintenance charge taken from the builder on the quarterly basis. while there is exempt on the maintenance charge on the amount of 7500 Rs/- per Month. while we are paying the amount of 7500 Rs quarterly. this 7500 Rs/- is with included GST.
