Bantia Furniture — worst product quality, even worst service

I had purchased a sofa set from jubilee hills branch in july 2018. I was told there is a warranty upto 5 years on wooden furniture.in less than 4-5 months i observed cracking of furniture. I reported this to the center and all i got to hear was that some madam will send a technician for inspection. This has been happening for more than 3 weeks. I have call recordings, mail interactions and pictures. They dont even give the contact details of higher ups.

I have decided to bring this up on every forum possible. My only advice to prospective buyers - dont get lured by the fancy ads. Dont even walkin to these shops.
