I ordered air pods combo in https://bass-factory.com/products/hightech site on 22nd august 2020. Today i. E. On 05.09.2020 i have received the ekart courier with wrong item. I asked the seller for replacement they are saying that they have sent the correct product, but i have received a wrong product. Where does the mistake took place is not clear.
So please check my product details and try to close the issue with the correct product.
