I purchased 3 pairs in bata foot wear.in that my shoes not comfortable after wearing one day go to outlet which is in chandanagar hyderabad, they didn’t proper response, he talk with me very rudely, even he didn’t give bill while i purchase.

Please take action on this before spread this matter in my society no one comes to purchase your bata products

Even no need to replace the item but you should know how to receive customer’s, and how to talk with them, you should learn how to talk with customers politely

    I have purchased heels in november 2017. Wore 3 to 4 times and the buckle loosen up and its in the condition that i am could not wear them. I have also not kept the bill since i had the trust in bata that shoes would be fine and work a longer but it didn't. I either want you to amend it or replace it. I got the shoes while it was under discount. I would like you to resolve it as soon as possible.

      March 2nd week the sole of the left shoe has come out. I have lost the bill and i had gone to the said shop. they told me to contact through the above email id.

        I purchased one hush puppies shoes article number 854-6604
        Size-7 nos, mrp - 2999 from raheja mall gurgaon, haryana in the month of oct'17. Right from day 1, it was very uncomfortable but as the time passes,, it cut the small fingure of my feet. This is re[censored]ed me to cosult the doctor and finally i decided not to use this shoes any more.
        I have been very loyal customer to bata but this is really very experiance i had.
        I want my money to be refunded at the earliest possible else will be bound to go to consumer court along with medical check up to claim about the compensation as well

          I bought a pair of bata formal shoes from kerala for rs. 1499. I relied on the quality of bata and didn't think twice.

          In few days, the sole of the shoes began to tear apart and it went completely out of order. Due to inferior quaility, the aole began to tear in pieces and fell apart.in one month, the shoes became good for nothing. Highly disappointed with the product!

            I have bought formal shoes from bata showroom - opp to borivali station west
            This shoes were bought 6 - 8 months before, as i was expecting new job, for which i had to keep formal shoes with me. After 6-8 months or may be 1 year (I hv lost bill) i removed it from wardrobe and in just one use, entire upper layer of shoes has come out and shoe is badly torn. I dont believe, bata sells this kind of cheap products. Shoe cost me 1699 rs and it dint even lasted for 1 day.

            i have received one email response post which i have sent several emails, but till date no calls from your end or no positive response for customer. My contact details are already there in the email (in signature). I spoke to your customer service team, of which thrice they disconnected the call and finally at the end, wen call was connected, your CSR just read the email, which i had received. I have wasted my 1700 Rs for this shoe and now u want me to pay more 850 Rs and get new show of same brand and price ?? is that make sense ?? not at all - being a genuine customer of BATA - you should have considered this and should have made arrangements to get it replace completely- i am still awaiting final confirmation on this - why there is no email hierarchy, if you cannot resolve the concern, please connect me to the higher authority - so i can speak to them. Your email response says, i should follow the steps before 10th April 2018 - kindly understand that customer has not yet accepted your offer, so hold on your expiry date for offer. Sole of the above said has been broken very soon. So please replace it with new one of the same model and value but not the same quality. Otherwise i will think for other legal options. Thanks

The Bata executive said during my complaint that within three days the matter will be solved.. Today ( 23..3.2018 ) even after five days no information from your end.                 Dear sir,
                I have purchased above material from your shop no 10, shimpoli road kastur park borivali west.
                On 27/12/2017.
                It was relapsed once.
                But again it is damaged in front side.
                I went to your shop on 05/03/2018 at about 7 pm but your store manager refused to entertain my complaint as your system was not working. I asked him to write it on the bill so when next day i will come, if other person is there i can tell him about my earlier days visit.
                Your store manager refused to give in writing and asked to come other day,
                Also he said "jo bhi karna wo karo" is it training of bata india to behave with customer. When sale was going on without net connectivity why he has not entertained me.
                On next day06/03/2018 i again went to your store he told that it cannot be replaced and said "appko travelling ka paisa de detahu"
                Is it customer service of bata india or any other government office.
                Why he at least seen the shoos earlier on 05/03/2018 matter would have not gone to next day.
                As i am working some were i have to visit again by travelling through.
                After my deliberation your customer complaint cell has lodged complaint no.1073047 on 06/03/2018.
                Hope matter will be solved on good note.

                  But within 3 months its going crack on both side of shoes. Also the stitching of shoes going off.

                    I visited a store at rourkela odisha the behaviour of sales person was extremely rude he misbehaved, they wasn't interested in showing the shoes. He even said "lena h toh lo else jao we don't have any problem"
                    There was end of season sale but no discount was given on any product the billing was done offline they said online billing is not available. The shoes i purchased were old n defeated they had no new pair. These find of behaviour is not acceptable. Please look into this matter.

                          I purchased a shoe from BATA, BARAKAR WEST BENGAL . DATED-09/09/2017 which cost me Rs-1501/-. Sorry to tell but I am really very dissatisfied with the product I bought.as my shoes tore within a few days of purchasing. I didn't expect such a dissatisfaction from a renowned company like BATA. Lastly I want a replacement of my shoes. And also a good and earliest reply from your end.

                          I have very bad experience with Hush Puppies leather Moccasins bought for ₹ 4699.00 from Bata India Showroom..

                            I have purchased one dr scholl slippers from bata store at mantri mall, bangalore in dec 2017. Last month the rivet on the slipper is broken and it is not wearable. We have moved to gurgaon now and gave it for repair / replacement at local store in sector 46 gurgaon. However they have returned it couple of days backsexpressing inability to repair even.                               It has jus been a month since i purchased a low hell slipper from bata, fun mall, coimbatore. The heel part has got a hole and all the leather is geting faded as wel. The cost of the slipper is 1299. Please do something against this as soon as possible. Such damage from a trusted company like bata is really unbelievable. We trust bata. Keep up the name. Please try to solve this as much as possible.

                                This is to bring to your notice that i have been a bata customer since my school days and today on 23/02/2018 when i visited the store to exchange the shoe i bought (Check invoice detail) i was straight away refused and was told that there is no return policy, though it's mentioned in the invoice about a return/exchange policy within 15days of buying.
                                Please check and revert immediately so that i don't have to go to some other retailer.

And I requested multiple times by calling on the toll free no. of the Bata and got the mails of registered complaints but till today no action is taken by Bata and refund is also not given to me.

                                    Yesterday i bought a pair of ladies footwear from bata showroom located at fountain, churchgate. After giving it a try in office hardly for half n hour could make out that the soul was slippery n almost felt twice. So decided to exchange it. Today when i went to the shop with original invoice for an exchange the shopkeeper rejected my plea stating that the item was used. How far can a item be used in 24 hours and that too i wore for almost half n hour in office. The invoice itself states that exchange possible within 15 days, how can company state so on their invoice if they are not ready to exchange the very next day???

                                    The item cost me ₹ 667.05 including carry bag price but the attitude of the shopkeeper was very disappointing. I request for my cash refund no exchange required as won't wear or recommend anyone to Bata.

                                      Worst ever purchasing experience!!
                                      12 days of purchase and shoe sole and leather is teared apart!
                                      On complaining insted of replacement they said about settelment and pasting.
                                      Ill never perscribe anyone to purchase any product single product from bata company.
                                      Even the third copy products works for months.
                                      The product satisfies for even 15days.
                                      Litreally worst product ever!!!

                                        Hi so i got a shoes worth if 1614 and i tried paying through paytm by giving the otp and that time it was showing internal server error, so i gave my hdfc card for the payment, later when i came home i saw that from my paytm wallet also the account balance was debited so i ended up paying two times for 1 product l, when i went to the store regarding this the store manager did not even see the transaction id he denied that no payment has been receved by bata and shouted at me very badly insulted me, he was not even sympathetic to the issue and bthe consumers i want my refund back, i will never ever advise anyone to purchase from bata, bata sucks big time
