Stolen data transfer of my account to BGMI without my concern

Social media name (Facebook) - Mine I have Access
Phone number which is linked to my PUBG Global : My personal
Social Media Twitter account linked to my PUBG account is not mine and was added by the hacker and he transferred all my data using Twitter account.
Hacker migrated my account using the compromised twitter account which leads to unlinking other Social Platform such as Facebook and Email as well. That's complete theft of data.
I need help recover my account back from the hacker as he migrated to Battlegrounds Mobile India.
I have all the proofs of being the real owner of the account.
I have transaction details of over 200$ spent on my account since October 2018
