We have pathetic experience with the product Baby Stroller which we purchased from baybeeshoppee ( product LUVLAP) at the cost of 6000 INR from Hydernagar store. When bought the item from store, we asked the store keeper about why the wheel is not turning appropriately as the wheels are not moving smoothly when pushed. His reply is amazing, He said that when the baby is in stroller then there is some weight, at that time it moves smoothly... As we were in hurry and travelling next day to USA, we bought the item from store. This is for our first baby and we never used the stroller ever before.
We didn't even try the stroller by keeping baby inside it. The next day we carried the stroller to airport and there tried to keep one baby inside it and carrying other baby in my lap. This stroller is not at all moving forward direction, its moving to different direction or stopped moving and struck completely.
we really never faced the kind of situation in life, its horrible with kids and journey.

We bought crib and cradle from baybee at kidzon Marathahalli oneyear before when our baby born, it can be used till 3yrs. Now our baby is 1yr old just starter to walk. She was standing inside the crib its pipe got suddenly broken, broken part hurted our child. She was crying last one hour. It seriously disappointing from such a brand.
