Bdesire — I am complaining about my temptu air brush machine.

I purchased temptu airbrush machine on 26 nov 2018. I bought this machine at venus collection store. I paid 29290.40 rupees for this machine but it hasn't worked since i purchased. It's my humble request to you i want they give me a new airbrush temptu machine or give me money. I have gone service centre for 4 times but they haven't responded. I paid 2000 for fair but i haven't gained any profit. I am very trouble. I have no money to buy new machine. I would like to solve my problem quickly i can't wait because the warranty will complete in 26 november 2020.
