Bds Aero Services — Need clarification

I applied job from shine.com. After ten days i got a call saying that we are from bds aero services. Then they took my interview and then they said if you are selected you i'll get a call from us as well as mail also. Today morning i got the mail and all. Last they are asking me to pay1100 for some document charges. Is the company is genuine they will place jobs after paying money
