Be10x — Denied Refund and Unethical behaviour and forcing me to purchase the course

I am writing to convey my dissatisfaction and frustration with my experience in the AI course offered by the "Be10X AI Mastery Program." I enrolled in this program on May 8th, 2024, and paid Rs. 12, 396/-. Unfortunately, I have encountered several significant issues that lead me to believe this course does not meet the promised standards of quality and professionalism.

When I paid the first installment, I informed them that I would pay the second installment after my final exams due to their early scheduling. Despite agreeing to this, they later threatened that I would lose my bonuses and discounts if I didn't pay immediately. I requested a refund for the first installment because they didn't honor our agreement, but they refused. I reluctantly enrolled, intending to learn AI after my exams, but the course failed to meet the promised standards. They misled me and did not deliver as expected.

Even they did not provide me the full invoice of the payment
