Be10x — I am not pursuing this course due to some reasons and want my refund

Hi, I have attended the workshop in the workshop they mentioned their premium course on data analysis but due to my other priorities I am not able to attend the course and also the promises made for the course are majorly false. I have written to them but they are mentioning they can't refund the amount. I am not using any of the services, so why should I pay I am expecting a refund of Rs 7198/-
