Be10x — I want refund for the course

This organization has simply looted 14396/- from me showing many courses in their Webinars. They promised to give Microsoft 365 access for 5 years.
I am not able to access anything in the Microsoft 365 login that they provided.
All the course that they have in that package are totally worthless. For an experience person like me with 11 + years of experience, this package is just not worth it. But in their webinar they said, it is worthy for all experience people.
Total Waste.
Now, I want a refund. But they aren't responding.
