Dear Team,
I attended the workshop by be10x company, and I purchased their course worth Rs 14000, which I got for Rs 7000 due to student discount. As I had the option to pay partial amount, I paid them Rs 3500 on May 28, 2024. After few hours, I asked them for a refund as I cannot attend their course because my college society is offering courses by Skill Arena company for free (I came to know it on the very same day) and it is compulsory to do those courses. Due to this and the fact that I will be very busy in my higher studies for entrance exams later on, I cannot attend the be10x course. I told them the same issue via mails, and all they are telling me is that the course is non refundable. When I was being sold this course, I was not mentioned or made aware about the course policies, which is indeed unfair. I have spoken to one of their salesperson about the refund, Mr. Ankkon (+91 [protected], +91 [protected]). He asked me to mail the company.
I request you to look into my matter urgently. I am a college student, and I paid from my pocket money savings. The amount is very significant for me. I shall be very grateful to you if you resolve the issue and help me getting the amount back. I have attached the payment receipt below.
