Very rude and unsupportive staff.
In the cinema they did not allow us to carry small snack for our 5 year old kid. How can they expect the small kids to eat the unhealthy processed food available there.
When we questioned this, there were very rude and snatched our box and spoke disrespectfully.
The manager also did not taor any initiative and spoke irresponsibly.
