I ordered a Hair curler from the beautybloom website which featured on Facebook.
This was delivered by Blue Dart as COD but when I checked the product it was a chap quality straight comb. I tried to raise a return thinking it got delivered by mistake but the email id and number provided on the website was incorrect.
I then called the bluedart delivery agent to say to return my money or atleast not submit ahead as the company is fraud but he told me nothing can be done.
I wrote to bluedart explaining the details and asking for sender details but they have been responding nonsense that it is not a food item etc
I have all details...the tracking number, delivery person's contact details and my communication with Bluedart.
If bluedart is expecting COD orders then they are hand in glove as they are passing the amount to the company and they sure have their details.
I also saw a similar complaint on this website...so clearly these thugs need to be caught before they start cheating other customers.
I ha e screen shots of the ebsite address and details on it...this should easily be traceable
