My order no. BV03792437
I placed a order on Jan 18 2024 .
As soon as I ordered i got an email saying that order is confirmed .
But for 2 days continuously my order status on app showed ON HOLD
Now after 2 days when I contacted customer care they are saying that there is some technical issue and due to that they are not able to identify which perfumes I ordered .
Now had this been the problem they should have contacted me before hand .
Had i not raised a complaint they would have not initiated anything .
My order is prepaid, if this doesn't deliver on time all my money goes in waste 799 Rs .
After 2 days of raising the complaint my order status is updated to unfulfilled .
Shipment has not even started, they haven't even shipped my order yet
I need my order by 26th, I ordered it to gift to someone, this is really ridiculous of the brand
Either deliver my products to me by 26th Jan or else just refund me the amount I paid .If this doesn't happen I will be forced to initiate a consumer court case.
