Beminimilist — Not receiving an order

I have placed my order on 7th April and my order number is 50561348 and for that i have chosen the advance payment itself. I've continuously sent emails to the company for the shipping details but there has been not response for the same and they do not have the cancellation procedure. It has been 5 days since i ordered and not heard anything for my product. I have asked for my refund as well but there has been not response as well. Now what should i do?
