Very irresponsible service center with fraud servicing. We lodged a complaint regarding the coolness of our refrigerator which was slowly reducing. A person came and told us that the gas needs to be refilled which either he or someone else would come and do the needful and we payed the service charge of rs.450 instant. After that it's had been 4 days there was not a single sign of any mechanic and not even any update and when we tried calling them, they were like we are sending mechanic who never came. So we logged another complaint with whirlpool itself and the mechanic came and fixed it in one single day and the issue was something else, the gas was full but the issue was something.
Very very irresponsible service center and misguiding people and i would term this rs.450 that they charged as a *fraud* charge because they couldn't even find the problem and neither did they tried contacting us nor did they ever send any mechanic after that.. And after 11 days they are calling and asking us of our issue was resolved. Like a big lol on their face.
