Bengaluru Auto — Double charge than meter

Hello, I took auto from Uttarahalli to Maharaja Hospital up n down which usually 3.2 K.M, which 8.30 P.M IST auto guys for 100 Rs up n down (original amount with meter 60 RS). After the drop he started asking extra 20 RS because its night, but time 9.00 P.M IST. This is happen only night but early morning as well. Auto guys are decising some much, is we don't agree, they don't come. I don't under stand why meters was in place. Thanks for reading!!!
