I am a life member in benze club lmk 8007. For upgrade of life to elite with my friends ms. Diya ([protected]) had spoken to me. With connection to that she send mr. Gowtham ([protected]) to my office on 8th may 2017 for upgrade i had paid 10, 000rs through my credit card. Mr. Gowtham told 9th or 10th you will get the new card with offers. On 10th i made a call to him and asked about the elite card. At evening i received a call from your office [protected] they told we are processing your emi so if you receive any otp regarding this please inform. I asked they why you are asking otp. They told this is a process and given the call to someone they told i am a accounts manager this is the process sir you please tell otp. As a member of benze with faith i informed otp. Once again 10, 000.00rs is debited from my credit card.
Without my knowledge, they misused my credit card. How they know my cvv number. I given my credit card to mr. Gowtham on 8th may 2017 for swipe. He only swiped the card. I informed they regarding to this they told we will refund this amount. A person who introduced him as a manage called me [protected]. He told this is wrongly done sir we will refund the amount within 2hrs. But they not done so far. Today you mr. Rakesh spoken to me and given the assurance that to refund the amount to my credit card on or before 15th of may 2017.
I never and ever except this kind of activity in benze club. How can they cheating member. I want to know one thing this all are happening with the benze club knowledge. Are you encouraging they. This is big black mark to benze club.
As per your words i am furnishing my credit card details to you for refund.
