I had ordered 2 days ago a combo of hbqi7 earpods (Buy 1 get 1 free). First of all i got only 1 set of earpods not the free 1 and secondary they are not giving me charger of the earpods and said that i have to purchase that thing. When i ask for the refund they set courier that product to them on my own. Are they running their company for the first time?? Normally i ordered from amazon or flip cart if there is some issue with the product they send their own delivery boy to pick their defected product.
So my concern is i want my money back because nobody from that company giving me response to my call. When i call them they hung up my. Kindly make a note of it and refund my money from them.
