I ordered orthopaedic sandals on line june 28. I received then july 15. They were not at all comfortable (I have arthritis in my feet). I checked their website re returns and sent an e-mail to [protected]@bestwalk.co as directed. I sent multiple e-mails from july 16 to the 27th and made repeated attempts to contact them by phone @[protected]. I got a recorded message that didn't identify themselves as bestwalk. All agents are busy, leave a message and we'll get back to you. Left 2 messages and have not heard from this company. The return/refund policy is good for 30 days so my time is up.
