Dear Sir/madame,
I the early hours of the 10/02/2016 i set up an account with bet victor online bookmakers. I deposited £165 spending some on virtual racing and placing some on the horse racing the following day. At 08.15am of the same day i was emailed by them saying my account was suspended until i supplied them with my driving licence, passport, utility bill and bank statement. when i emailed them back saying i did not want to send all this to them (because this would give them total access to my identity) they informed me that if i did not send these items to me that they would keep my money. My complaint is that if they are so addament that they need these documents for me to gamble on there site then they should not have taken any deposits until they had them. And that if i do not want to send these documents it does not give them the right to keep my money.
All the information i put on there registration form was correct, i am willing to verify my details with you as you are a government body. My user name with them was mathew223 and my password was mathew23.
