Betway — 6000 inr not recieved niether in betway nor in bank account

I made a deposit of 6000 inr on 27 th january 2023 . It's more than 4 months I haven't received the funds neither in betway account nor in my bank account tried contacting betway more than 50 times in chat and more than 30 times in email only get response in email saying case is assigned to concern team will revert back soon but from past 4 months no resolution.
