Betway — Amount debited but not reflecting in bank account

I deposited huge amount in betway on 1st Nov and still not received my money in bank account. They are saying 15 days to be waited. I am loosing hope day by day. Now I have completed 10 days. Please help me to slove my problem

Betway is stupid gaming website. They don't know how to maintain website. They don't know how to maintain CUSTOMER support.. Better to avoid.. I have also deposited 10000 inr 0n Nov 01 still not Credited.. ###... In THIS WEBSITE I have mentioned so mANY TIMEs but no use... Better to complain legally...

How can we get our money back
No hope... They are all frauds... Betway is simply stupid website. Poor customer Support.. My deposit also on nov 1st still not credited.. Consumer website not helps.. It simply type resolved like that but problem was not cleared... Go legally.. Iam also going like that
