Betway — Amount devoted but app shows nothing

On 17th march I deposited 1999 through UPI on the Betway app. The app automatically redirected me to gpay and I paid the amount in full.
On opening the Betway app it shows no balance and not even a transaction in the transactions section.
I’ve contacted the customer support over mail and through live chat, got no response over mail and no help over live chat.

Request you to help solve this issue to get my money back to the app or my account. Alternatively, suggest a course of action to sue the organisation on behalf of all the plaintiffs who’s faced similar issues.
