Betway — Betway deducted my money which was not able to use. Which they should refund but not refunding my money.

I deposited the thousands money in my betway account.account deducted from my bank account but didn't reflect in my betway account. When I approached to their customers care they told that you will get your refund within 14 business days. It became more than one month even many times I have approach their customers care for my refund but they are not refunding my money.
