I have deposited inr20000 into my betway account .it's been passed about 3 months but the money is not received into my account nor refunded.i had asked more than 30 times for my query.but still I am getting the same reply.kindly help me refund the amount.i am afraid if have lost my money.because they are not giving any time frame for refund.nor they are not contacting me for the same.I am attaching the screenshot of the successful payment proof.
