Betway — Deposit sucess but not come in my betway account

On 24th feb 2023,
I made a transaction of INR 6500 through Phonepay to depansum solution pvt. Ltd.. The transaction was successful but the money didn't get deposited in BETWAY account. Its been 16 days there is no response from betway so i request please make a solution as soon as possible.
