Betway — Deposited via UPI, amount not credited in app

I deposited 1999 via UPI and was redirected automatically from the Betway app to the google pay page to pay the money.
I paid it in full and the transaction was successful, but nothing was shown on the Betway app. Not even a pending transaction was shown there.
Since then I’ve tried contacting customer support through mail and I’ve gotten no response. I went on live chat and they were of no help, they told me to mail again.
There has been no response on mail at all.

Request you to help with this matter or suggest the steps to take to sue the organisation once and for all.
