Betway — Deposits deducted from bank account but not reflected in betway

I deposited 4000, 2500 and 2500 three deposit requests which were deducted from my bank account but they are not shown in my bank account. I have mailed betway my statements from bank but still there has been no concern shown by them. The transactions were made through netbanking.
