Betway — Money debited from bank, but not credited in betway account or refund

Signed up on 21st Nov and deposited 2000 INR through UPI, but the money did not credit my player acc but has gone out of my bank.
Live Chat - confirmed that the payment was pending at their end and asked me to email a screen shot which I did, since then I have not had a reply and Live Chat defaults to their annoying pointless robot assistant.
I have asked the bank to investigate !!! Their investigation never ends. Day 40 asking for my money
Sort it out Betway !!
