Signed up on 21st Nov and deposited 2000 INR through UPI, but the money did not credit my player acc but has gone out of my bank. Live Chat - confirmed that the payment was pending at their end and asked me to email a screen shot which I did, since then I have not had a reply and Live Chat defaults to their annoying pointless robot assistant. I have asked the bank to investigate !!! Their investigation never ends. Day 40 asking for my money Sort it out Betway !! Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
