Betway — Money not deposited in my bank account

My betway used id for betway is Aheibasingam

I sent Rs 14000 to [protected]@upi using Google pay on 15th December 2022 as i was going to bet for FIFA using betway. But the betway says maximum deposit amount was Rs 6000 so i could not deposit the money to betway. Betway agent says the money will be refunded to my bank account as i was asked for my Bank Statement. I sent my bank statement also but the money was not refunded to my bank account or deposited to my bank account till today. Please look into this matter.
