Betway — My money got deducted but the ammont was not credited to the betway account

My 7000 rs. Was deducted from bank account but money didn't credit in betway account I tried e-mailing them but they have stopped replying via email and I waited twice in their Live chats but there is always 40 people waiting queue and as soon it reduces to 10 the page becomes unserviceable
