[Resolved]  Bewakoof Brands — Order cancelation

I ordered a particular product from Bewakoof on 10th August 2021 but the product I received was too big for me, so I opted for an exchange but the exchanged product too turned out to be too big a size for me, so I decided to take a refund for my product and i decided to take the refund the money on the 'Bewakoof Wallet'. But thing is that now I want to transfer the refund money to my bank account. So when i tried to search an option to add a new debit card, i couldn't find the option to do so. So I tried to add a card by ordering a product and then cancelling it to add my card and transfer the money to my bank. But idk how my money got stuck in the transactions and now my money is stuck and now I can't do anything with it.

Later the order was cancelled and I was able to access my wallet money. Though I could not transfer my money to my bank account, I was able to use the money for an order.
Bewakoof Brands customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
