I had approached beyond infinity which is a visa consultancy firm to obtain a job seeker's visa to germany. I had paid the sum of rs.30, 000 + gst in the month of march. It has been more than 6 months now, but none of the process is initiated, i. E, no interview was scheduled with the german consulate. There was absolutely zero progress overall and they are giving the reason for the delay as the closure of embassy due to the pandemic, because of which they are not able to schedule an appointment with the embassy.
I had signed the agreement in which they have mentioned a few points wherein the refund policy is also mentioned. I do not satisfy any of those conditions which hold for the denial of a refund. I am attaching the signed agreement in this mail.
They are claiming that they have given the services. The services they have provided, according to them, is their reply to very basic queries. They claim that they have done my document verification for the visa process, but this document verification was done even before i agreed to take up their services back in march.
I have been charged a huge amount of rs.30, 000 for absolutely no service. Please let me know if i can receive any kind of help to get the refund. Please let me know if you need any more information regarding the same.
Their agreements are so smartly written that you cannot sue them for what they have done to you, especially their refund policy. They will stress about this refund so much when they approach you and then play you later with their meaningless clauses. I pity the poor middle class job aspirants who give them money for their so called visa services.
Please take a strict action against companies like this which cheat consumers and play with people's dreams and aspirations! Was this information helpful? |
A legal notice was sent to the company, but there was no response from their side towards it. As a further step, I am looking forward to file another case in the consumer court (offline).
