Bhadra Gas Agency — After one month gas booking cilinder not issue

I am Samir Kumar mahapatra of Puri consumer no 2250 gas booking two time 26 Dec 2016 & 13 Jan 2017 delever msg are rec'd my mobile but gas cylinder not delivered my home till date why? I am fourth time contact to my distributer Aswin Bharat gas mochi Sahi Puri but those are harassment me aaj, kal vej dunga but one month go not issued gas cylinder. Please action to agency
