Bhadra Gas Agency — Bank account change

Hi Sir,
My aadhaar no is[protected] linked with my bharath gas services cosumer I.D no.[protected] and this no linked my state bank of travancore.
i was already change my account no state bank of travancore to STATE BANK OF INDIA and already linked by bharath gas.because i was closed my account state bank of travancore.then i changed.know i did not able to get the my gas subsidy of 3months in my STATE BANK OF INDIA ac/no.[protected] IFSC code.SBI N 0009152.
I have verified from my gas distributer and from my bank. and both are insured me the linking status and he said-it is been inactive from npci.so please add my STATE BANK OF INDIA account no.for subsidy kindly do the needful so that i can get my subsidy.
