R' sir,
With due respect and humble submission I would like to draw your kind attention towards the cheating and harassing attitude of Bhagalpur Electricity Distribution Company Limited towards the consumers. The following are the points for your kind consideration and necessary action for the sake of the welfare and harassment of consumers of Bhagalpur City -
1. That my name is Bandana Tiwary, consumer no[protected], Account no- [protected] located in Sachidanand Nagar Airport, Tilkamanjhi Bhagalpur areas and a consumer since 2009 with DS-II connection of 5 kva load.
2. That as per the tariff approved by the commission for FY-2017-18 the rates are-
1-100 unit after subsidy Rs.4.27/unit
101-200 unit after subsidy Rs.5.02/unit
201-300 unit after subsidy Rs.5.77/unit
Above 300 unit after subsidy Rs.6.52/unit
3.That in the month of May-17, I have been charged for unit 303 as Rs.2523 against bill no(id[protected] dated-15/06/17 .As per total amount the per unit charges is Rs.8.326, which violates the government Tariff charges, and due to these types of irregularities many consumers like me of Bhagalpur are suffering badly with this cheating done by the franchisee company i.e. Bhagalpur Electricity distribution com. Ltd.
4. That these types of complaints I have given many times, but no any action was taken till date.
5. That Details of the bills and tariff are attached h/w for your kind consideration and necessary action pl.
So I request your kind honor pl take strict action so that no any consumer suffer from this type of financial cheating in future and make justice with me.
