Bhagan Toll Plaza, Haryana — twice toll fee charged

This toll plaza doing fraud in toll fee collection, it has two timed with me that charged double, one time they taken cash as well as money deducted from my fast tag. And yesterday, collection boy said your fast tag is blocked and scanned with their hand machine, later i got two messages for toll fee of amount ₹70. Please see attached image.
