Bhagwan Mahavir Education Foundation [BMEF] — Not giving my documents back

Hello, i took admission for the diploma in bhagwan mahavir college in the year of 2016 after paying the fees of the first semester and then two months later i left the college due to personal problems but till now those persons have not cancelled my admission and all they were telling me was that come back tomorrow and till this day these people have not returned my documents to me. 2 months ago i went to get my document back but these people did not return my document and said that you have notcancelled your admission. I have to apply for a passport and i already told about this to college but they did not give me my documents so how can i apply for a passport?
