When I have already spoken to the team why is the collections team calling my references and abusing them. Required information is with me with the call recordings where abusive words has been used repeatedly on the call. They represent as cash e . Collection calls is legal but I guess they are not following the protocol. I will move court if these calls hamper my reputation or results in any kind of loss. Recordings can be furnished on request. Email with complain has been already sent to their team with a copy to rbi along with the call recordings. Was this information helpful? |
