Hired bharat ac service buggers on the 18th of may 2020 as my window ac unit was not cooling. Bunch of goddamn illiterate technicians. They told that the compressor needs replacement. Asking for 10k plus extra money for transportation approximately rs. 11, 000 plus labor charges extra. Those crooks took rs. 250 for visiting my place on monday the 18th of may. While trying to move the aircon unit, they damaged the air deflectors and swing blades, checked some wires connecting to the compressor unit and immediately came to the conclusion that the compressor can no longer be used as it is non functional. Their whole idea was to take the unit to their service center, open the original compressor and other spare parts and sell it to some other customer at whatever prices they wanted to, thereby cheating more and more customers in the process.in essence they would have somehow replaced my perfectly working compressor with some defunct unit stripped out from some old scrap air conditioner lying in their workshop. I feel like slapping their faces. Such scoundrel and miscreant service providers should be banned from doing business and their trade licence revoked. Most importantly sulekha should be blacklisted for colluding with such criminals. All their service providers are big cheats and crooks of the nth order. I has a bad experience earlier hiring washing machine technicians from sulekha who ripped me off by charging rs. 400 and could not identify the issue that was causing the problem. Sulekha is a goddamn disgrace and an abomination to the society. Their trade licence should be revoked and suspended for ever. It is a matter of great shame that we have to deal with such fraud agencies who are just waiting for the opportunity to extract money from customers by trying to fool them.
