[Resolved]  Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — delay in refill supply of domestic gas cylinder

Good Morning

Sir, I booked my domestic gas cylinder on dated 26/03/2024 Vide my booking reference no 113043. And I have waited for more than 2 weeks and we have not received my gas cylinder till now. While trying to reach out to the Gas Agency, they have been turning me around. I tried to contact the owner of the Gas Agency in Greenfields and I was provided 2 numbers vis a vis for Mr. Yadav and some other person. They informed me some random reasons and have stating that I will receive my cylinder by that day. I haven't received no confirmation nor my gas cylinder. I do not have any filled gas cylinder to utilize for cooking.

I would request you to please help us with the same.
