Sir,
As per guideline from honourable supreme court all mobile no should be linked with aadhar card. I have a bsnl no which i want to link with aadhar card. When i went bsnl office near bahu plaza jammu. They told me come with a local reference because i am outsider and can't link my aadhar with my no. Without local reference. I am from uttrakhand and i don't have any local reference because i am new in jammu. Now 25 days are left to link aadhar with mobile no. Do the needful.

    Bsnl sim lost/stolen — to block the sim card

    I lost my mobile handset alongwith my sim card at akbarpur any where. My mobile no. Was [protected] and no. Was [protected]. I want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.
    My temporary mobile no. Is [protected] c/o ankur chaudhary mob. No.

    I tarit kanti bhattacharjee purchase one bsnl sim card but to day i received one massg. that my sim card rgst. failed.please re activate my card at same no.or give me massage at my mail [protected]@gmail.com.thank you.

      I want to close all my bsnl landline number as theri is no proper service.
      Even there is no one in the bsnl office.
      I had visited the bsnl office twice, once the office was closed on working day and today on 04/13/2017 office is open but no employee is present. How one can solve the problem related to bsnl landline or mobile service. I am attaching the photo for conformation.

        Sir, my name is asthad from kerala. I had recharg 1month before bsnl 446 data plan but i can't even get 3g facility from bsnl. I can use only now 2g data and it too slow. I had many times complaint to bsnl customer care office. But there is no answer me a correct solutions. When i convert my data to 3g mode then my net signel goes to fully low range and iam also living in city from kozhikode kerala. I think thats only problem of bsnl sim. No more problems o[censored]sing other networks. So pls solved my problems soon as. I hope a correct resolved answer from consumer complaint authorities.

                  Dear sir/madam,
                  I applied for disconnection of my landline[protected] to jto kudal on 29/8/2017 to disconnect phone from 01/09/2017. I paid all dues. On 5/10/2027 i received bill of rs240/ for oct 17. When enquired with kudal office i was informed that phone was disconnected by them on 12/9/17 though my application was from 2/9/17. I lodge online complaint on8/10/17 subsequent reminder on 13/10/17 and on 22/10/17 not to charge me for september and refund my deposit with overdue interest. But to my surprise neither my complaint acknowledged nor my deposit refunded.
                  As such i herewith request you to redress my complaint at your earliest.

                      My no. Is [protected]. I converted my bsnl postpaid sim to prepaid on 25.11.2017. After waiting for many days the signal came today (30.11.2017). I took the sim from bsnl office ntpc kahalgaon. The sim is from bihar circle but currently i am in sikkim. Everytime i try to call 1507 for tele verification the call ends abruptly. Necessary action (With respect to continual delay and inefficiency) is required at your end.

                      All my otps are registered on this no. Hence activation of this sim is very much important to me.
                      Also i would regret to mention that the bsnl officers in ntpc kahalgaon are very slow and inefficient in their work and it seems that they are deliberately delaying the services so that ordinary people opt for private company sim cards. This is very disgraceful and disrespectful to ones country and ones job.

                        This is to the concerned person. Even i[censored] r not, read the following.

                        Just read a message in bsnl webpage, "most customers will not complaint, they just walk away". I woud say very nice, it is not worth also to waste time.

                        My concern is as follows:

                        Who will be responsible for all the frauds and cheats going on with customers in bsnl?

                        I did a recharge on my no. (Assam) for rs 379/- on 22nd nov 2017 after receiving a message in my no regarding this special offer. But it didn't give me any benefit of talk time, nor any data. When i confirmed with a customer care executive, he informed that there was no such recharge done for this amount at this number.

                        On 29 nov, when i have talked again to a bsnl customer executive
                        Just to recheck if any such plan is running in my no., he informed that i have used all d talk time in net surfing?

                        Why they are giving wrong info everytime?

                        When there was no net in my mobile nor any talk time available even to talk to bsnl customer care (To talk to them also, i had to recharge repeatedly) how can i use that amount? Who is answerable for faulty recording of such things, and because of that why customers have to suffer?

                        Bsnl customer care executive directly refused to give me any email to lodge complaint nor he complied with taking any complaint citing reasons o[censored]navailability of senior executives, whereas he admitted that they rather are responsible for taking complaints.

                        Who should we approach in these cases? And i must admit that bsnl customer care executives are professionally very unfit to talk to customers.

                        Now i am saying goodbye to bsnl, soon i am going to burn this card, first and last bad experience. I used it after a long time and almost for the first time for net, now it has left me with a bitter experience. U soon die bsnl. Goodbye.

                        Hi this is vamshi, i have requested for mnp 6 days ago and services of my earlier provider were stopped. so i put the new bsnl sim given to me and switched on the mobile . but it says 'SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED' . so i tried the same with other mobile but nothing has worked.

I have tried to get it corrected from your dealers but it didn't work. I have complained to BSNL and have been promised that the same will get resolved in 3 days.                                 Actually we have already cut or broad band services because of the way of decision towards the problems that we have registered in the main office for cutting the bsnl land line connection and broad band connection...
                                After cutting the services also we are getting the bill... So please kindly take necessary action regarding this problem

                                the Hungama sales persons are tricking common man saying it is survey and trap us. This needs to be stopped by BSNL a reputed company for so many years

                                this issue is not yet solved and they keep on billing every year. the recent billing is on 1/05/2019 via amazon pay a direct debit to my credit card. deducted amount is Rs.999. My phone number 0820 2580694.
                                I am not using this service and do not know what it is. Please arrange to cancel is service at once. and refund my amount.

                                  We have been charged wrongly active broadband service in our bill since march_2017 which we came to know in october_2017. We've applied to re-cover wrongly taken charged from us without providing broadband connection at my home but we didn't get any response from bsnl, pls help.                                     We have bsnl cdma wll phone with ph no: [protected]. It was installed almost 8 years back when we shifted our location near asthalakshmi temple, margadarshi colony, road-5, kothapet as a replacement for a wired landline. We are facing the following issues with the wll phone:
                                    1. The battery does not stay longer we need to keep charging 24/7.
                                    2. The call gets disconnected when picking up the call.
                                    I have complained about it to our nearest bsnl office at lb nagar but no use, they are not replacing the phone.
                                    Kindly replace the phone or give a wired landline instead of this.

                                      I am a psu employee posted at trichy, tamilnadu. We are being transferred throught the india frequently. So i registered aadhaar at my permanent address of home town in bihar.
                                      I have been using postpaid services of bsnl in trichy circle of tamilnadu state. As per directive it is mandatory to link mobile no. With aadhaar, otherwise services shall be terminated.
                                      But the bsnl representative, refused to link my aadhaar, stating that it is outstation aadhaar. It was shown to him that on aadhaar intimation letter it is clearly mentioned that “aadhaar is valid throughout the country”. Also it was informed that other organizations like bank and other telecom operators also, are accepting any aadhaar based on the caption written on aadhaar intimation letter.
                                      But the bsnl representative, still refused to link my aadhaar.
                                      As a result, i could not link my aadhaar with my said mob no.
                                      Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        He has mentioned that they promise jobs and dont do follow ups which is completely wrong and fake.
                                        What if the complainant is a competitor agency and trying to spoil our agency name and mentioning things which do not exist.
                                        Please give us a solution as n number of people can create id's and lodge complaint against our agency which do not have a concrete base at all.
