Everyday i am getting promotion calls/sms, unsolicited calls and sms on my number [protected] even though i have registered for DND.
I keep getting 5-6 unsolicited calls every day also i get 3-4 unsolicited smses

Some of the promotion/unsolicited calls i got are from:

    In my telephone bill my residence address is not full as I need the full address for giving the BSNL bill as a residence proof for my passport application

      I am bsnl broadband user from Sarang, Tal-Dapoli, Dist-Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. Since 16th April'17 the internet connection is down and no one has come to have a look yet. This problem occurs every month. We have made a written complaint also. We people have to pay bill on time to time without any prior internet facility. When this problem gonna end. Request to resolve the issue asap.

        Sir, i am able joseph from kerala state kannur district. Nunder the telephone exchange vellade. My number is [protected].. My brodband internet connection got complaint on two weeks ago.. I made many complaint for this to the exchange je also the main exchange alakode too.. But nobody came to solve the problem.. Is it the service you are providing soo bad on you... Hope you will help me.. Otherwise i am leaving your service also i won't prefer it for anyone... Very bad service.. The telephone exchange people also so irresponsible.. Please do something for me..

          Dear Sir,

          g s mentioned above in my place Udane, Puttur TQ having one BSNL Mobile tower from fast few ears but it is not usable in surrounding village area due to very poor signal. It is located in Mangalore -Bangalore NH Road and it is very wast tower. So many villages depends this tower for mobile and wheel phone but people are moving to other network due to this tower poor signal range as well as any power failure happen nobody strat the DG so full day no network, .Any emergeny happning in near village that time it is very difficult to call vehicle for hospitalization. I have in my home none land line, one wheel phone and three mobile phone having BSNL sim but all are not working due to poor signal of this tower .My home located within 1.5 km from this tower but no proper range.Now i am thinking about changing other network due to this problem, Please take this issue seriously and resolve issue and save government network usage by people.Please take action .

            I didnt activate any of the hungama plans... But it was activated.. My bill was extra 300 due to activation of this service,, so you have to deactivate the service as soon possibe.. You have to stop this service permanently without any sort of delay,, make it as soon as possible... This service was activated past this month,, my number is [protected],, even i didnt use that service so you have to refund the back..

                  Hello, In from..Circle : Odisha. Dist: Bargarh. Block: Barpali (768029) We have no 3G reception since past two days. 2G works but it won't connect to the internet. When 3G works, it works rather well but the speed is poor even when the bandwidth isn't clogged. That's because we still have the old outdated UMTS 7 mbps bts. An upgrade to HSPA+ (14.4 - 21.6 mbps) bts would be an welcome, as there are many students in here rely on BSNL 3G because it's quite cheap compared to others. I went to the local BSNL office but they're reluctant to help. They're very incompetent. Please look into it and fix the network issues.

                          A couple of months back, we surrendered our landline telephone[protected] obtained in the year 1992 in the name of my mother j elizabeth by paying a deposit of rs. 8, 000/- under the then existing non-oyt-general scheme. Due to efflux of time, the original deposit receipt is not traceable at our end. Bsnl, tirunelveli told us orally that they don't have any such record of our deposit and refunded nothing. They collected rs. 500/- in lieu of that ancient instrument which we had lost years back. Worse, we are getting a monthly bill even after surrendering it!
                          Will bsnl, tirunelveli-tamil nadu please -
                          I) give us the eligible refund; and
                          Ii) stop torturing us with monthly bills.

                              No action has been taken regarding my landline connection. After submitting complaint here on April 19, 2017, I got a call from BSNL asking my landline number. I have updated my phone number with above complaint on April 27, 2017 and after 3 days I have informed them over phone also. After that its been 35 days, I haven't been updated since then about my complaint.
                              Further, it is to be informed that I am visiting BSNL office every third day situated at Rail Head Complex, Jammu. Everytime time they have only one reply "Tomorrow we will go for survey in your area, we will try to get your connection done". Its been more than 15 times I visited BSNL office in last two month.

                              Its been almost 74 days that I have applied for new bsnl landline connection and 43 days to the complaint submitted here but nothing has been done. Therefore it is humbly requested to look into my problem and resolve it at earliest.

I am still receiving the bills. On contacting the customer care they have no clue whatsoever and even the inquiry department at BSNL Jayanagar is not doing anything. All I am hearing is that it will done. This is really frustrating and such a pathetic service. This is how the country's telephone service provider.

                                      BSNL had recently advertised that for top up of value Rs.150/- full talk time will be available on all Sundays till end of May. Accordingly, I made on line top up on last Sunday (9th April 2017) for Rs.150/- for my mobile no. [protected] and I got talk time of only Rs.127/-. Will you please look into the matter and make sure to get the remaining talk time credited to my account?

                                        Respected sir, i santosh j dhanke having jtbs railway ticket ghar using bsnl leaseline, since 24/2/17 leaseline completely not working. I made complaint to linemen, mdf, sde office and also to gm bsnl kalyan but there are no proper response, yet service down. I request them to suggest another option if lease line unable to start, pls do the needfull
